By registering, connecting, or playing on our Minecraft server, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Minecraft Server Usage

All users must follow our Server Rules​ and Community Guidelines when playing on the Minecraft server. We reserve the right to suspend, mute, kick, or ban any user at our sole discretion if they violate our rules or engage in harmful behavior. Game-related content (items, stats, progress, ranks) is virtual and has no real-world value.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft and website accounts.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account is prohibited.

• You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account, even if performed by someone else.

Donations & Payments

• All purchases and donations made through our online store are final. We do not offer refunds unless required by law.

• Attempting to charge back or reverse payments will result in permanent bans from the server and website.

• Virtual goods (such as ranks, crates, or cosmetics) are not guaranteed to last forever and may be modified for balance or technical reasons.

Store Usage

• By making a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used.

• You understand and agree that in-game rewards from purchases are subject to change and do not grant competitive advantage beyond what is listed at the time of purchase.

• Misuse of the store (including exploiting price errors or payment bugs) may result in account action.

User Content & Submissions

• You retain ownership of any user-generated content (e.g., builds, chat messages, suggestions) you create, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute it for server-related purposes.

• Do not post or share content that is offensive, copyrighted (without permission), or violates any laws.

You agree not to engage in the following while using our Service:

• Using hacks, cheats, exploits, or third-party modifications not approved by staff

• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating staff or other players

• Advertising other Minecraft servers or services

• Spamming or flooding chats or forums

• Attempting to harm, disrupt, or interfere with the server or its players

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or the security of user data.

• We are not liable for any losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of in-game items, data corruption, or account access issues.
