Oneblock Rules
This ruleset is here to help create a friendly, respectful, and fair survival experience. OneBlock is about creativity, teamwork, and progression — not competition or PvP. Players are encouraged to build, trade, explore, and develop their islands, all while following the guidelines below to keep the server enjoyable for everyone.
General Rules
These rules apply to all players at all times and are focused on maintaining a respectful and safe community environment, both in-game and in chat.
Respect Players
Treat other players with kindness. Bullying, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination is not tolerated. Toxic behavior in chat or voice will result in punishment.
No Cheats, Hacks or Auto Clickers
Hacked clients, X-ray, auto clickers, macros, or any third-party tools that give an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited. This includes automated clicking for farms, mob grinders, or mining. If it plays the game for you while you’re AFK — it’s not allowed.
No Exploits
If you find a bug or server exploit (e.g., dupes, invincibility glitches), report it immediately. Using exploits for personal gain will result in a punishment or rollback. Not reporting it will make you responsible even if you weren't the one to discover it
No Spamming or Advertising
Don’t spam chat, commands, or use macros to flood messages. Advertising other servers, Discords, or YouTube/Twitch content without owner permission is not allowed.

To ensure moderation is fair and consistent, global/public chat must be in English. Private messages can be in any language.
No Lag Machines
You may not use redstone clocks, mob grinders, or item drops to intentionally cause server lag. Breaking this rule may result in an instant ban and rollback. You will also be held accountable by any player who is effected by the lag machine and/or rollback.
Island and Claim Rules
Protecting your island is your responsibility, but claims help ensure your work stays safe. These rules make sure players respect each other's space and items.
Claim Your Island
Logging out during or right after combat (within 30 seconds of PvP) is not allowed. You may be killed or punished if caught.
No Griefing or Raiding
Griefing any part of another player’s island, claimed or unclaimed, is not allowed. Even if the island is not claimed, entering another player’s island without permission or stealing from them is a punishable offense.
No Claim Blocking
Do not place claims or builds directly next to someone else’s claim to trap or annoy them. Maintain a respectful distance between islands (e.g. 25–50 blocks minimum unless agreed upon).
Inactive Claims
If a player has been offline for an extended time (e.g. 30+ days), their island may be removed or reset to free up space. Staff will issue warnings first. Please join our discord for ensuring your island claim alerts.
Building & Redstone Rules
Creativity is encouraged, but not at the expense of server performance or others’ experience.
No Lag Machines
Redstone contraptions must be optimized and not run continuously unless necessary. Excessive hoppers, pistons, or mob farms that cause lag will be removed.
No Offensive Builds
Do not build anything that promotes hate speech, harassment, or anything NSFW/inappropriate.
AFK Farms
AFK farms are allowed if they don't cause lag and comply with redstone limits. Auto clickers or macros to automate gameplay are still not allowed.
Trading & Economy Rules
Creativity is encouraged, but not at the expense of server performance or others’ experience.
No Scamming
All trades must be completed as agreed. Do not scam players through shops, signs, or manual trades.
No Shop Abuse
Do not create misleading shops or trades (e.g. charging way more than the item’s value without labeling).
Fair Market Behavior
Market manipulation (e.g. wiping out competition maliciously, or becoming a monopolist) is discouraged and may result in admin intervention if abused.
Punishment Policy
Explains how rule-breaking is handled by staff, including the steps for warnings, tempbans, and permanent bans based on the severity of the offense.

(Staff has every right to take necessary precautions and skip offenses for severe infractions.)
