User Policy
This User Policy outlines rules and expectations related to accounts, gameplay behavior, staff interaction, and the use of server features. These policies support the overall ruleset and help maintain a fair and respectful community.
Account Policy
The foundation of a fair and trustworthy server environment starts with proper account management. Ensuring that every player is accountable for their own actions and identity helps prevent abuse, cheating, and confusion. Our account policies protect players from fraud and ensure that rewards and punishments are appropriately applied.
Alt Account Usage
Players may use up to TWO Minecraft account at a time unless they have explicit permission from staff. Using alternate accounts (“alts”) to gain multiple rewards, evade punishments, or exploit server systems gives unfair advantages over other players. This includes, but is not limited to, farming votes, grinding jobs, or circumventing bans. Enforcing this rule promotes fairness by making sure every player competes on a level playing field and that punishments apply to the responsible party.
Account Security & Responsibility
Players are fully responsible for the actions taken on their accounts. This includes rule violations, exploits, and any behavior deemed disruptive. Excuses like “someone else was using my account” or “my little brother did it” are not accepted as reasons to reverse punishments. Leniance may be given if there is valid proof of your own account being hacked or stolen. Maintaining account security—using strong passwords, never sharing credentials, and logging out on shared devices—is crucial. Players who lose control of their accounts due to negligence may face consequences without appeal.
Name, Skin & Cape Policy
To keep the server environment welcoming for all ages and backgrounds, all player names, skins, and capes must be appropriate and respectful. This means no offensive language, hate symbols, nudity, or content that attempts to impersonate staff or disrupt the community atmosphere. Violations of this policy can result in forced skin or name changes, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity.
False Identity or Catfishjing
Misleading other players or staff by falsifying your identity—including age, gender, or relationships—can cause significant disruption and damage trust within the community. Such deceptive behavior may be used to manipulate others or evade consequences, which is not tolerated. Players are encouraged to interact honestly and respectfully to maintain a healthy community dynamic.
Sharing Accounts
Players may not share Minecraft accounts between multiple people. Each player must have their own individual account. If multiple players use the same IP (such as in a household), they must log in separately and maintain personal responsibility. IP bans may be appealed but if a sibling got your IP banned, there may be trouble unbanning due to the issue of your sibling possibly having access to your account
Account Trading or Selling
Buying, selling, or trading Minecraft accounts undermines account security and leads to issues such as scams, lost accounts, and confusion over ownership. To protect players and the server’s stability, account trading or selling is strictly forbidden. Accounts found involved in these activities may be banned permanently, and penalties may apply to all involved parties.

Please make staff aware if your account is going up for sale or being traded.
Account Recovery Abuse
Attempting to exploit account recovery or support systems to gain unauthorized access or evade bans is a serious offense. This includes trying to reset passwords on accounts that are not yours or using social engineering tactics. Such abuses threaten server security and will be met with immediate and severe consequences.
Voting Policy
As much as we love you voting with 2 accounts, only one of your accounts is allowed to vote. Voting is a reward system for active players. Misuse undermines fairness.
Manual Voting Only
Players must vote manually on the official voting sites. Using bots, scripts, or macros to automate voting is allowed but using them to bypasses intended cooldowns and unfairly grants rewards is highly against TOS. This practice is considered cheating and threatens the balance of the server’s economy and reward systems.
Vote Cooldown Circumvention
Players must respect the built-in cooldown periods on voting sites. Attempts to circumvent cooldowns by changing IP addresses, using VPNs, or exploiting loopholes are prohibited. This protects the fairness and reliability of the voting system.
No Alt Vote Farming
Creating or using alternate accounts to vote repeatedly or collect vote rewards inflates individual gains unfairly. Vote rewards are designed for one account per player to encourage honest participation. Abuse of this rule will result in vote resets, loss of rewards, and possible bans.
Vote Reward Manipulation
Transferring vote rewards between accounts, dropping items for alts, or coordinating multiple accounts to funnel rewards disrupts the economy and breaks fair play principles. Vote rewards must be used ONLY by the account that earned them.
Payment & Donation Policies (Coming in 2026)
Financial transactions help sustain the server, and maintaining transparent, fair payment policies ensures trust between players and staff.
No Chargebacks or Fraud
Payments made through official channels are non-refundable. Attempting chargebacks or fraudulent payments is theft and will result in immediate and permanent bans, along with potential legal action.
Store Use Expectations
Donors must understand that store items, perks, and ranks are subject to change to maintain balance and are provided as-is.
Harassing staff for refunds or special treatment is not tolerated. Staff decisions on store issues are final.
Delayed Payment Handling
Players experiencing payment delays should contact staff through official channels. Multiple purchases due to impatience can cause unintended charges or duplicated and useless items.
Payment Method Abuse
Use only legitimate payment methods. Attempting to pay with stolen or unauthorized payment information will lead to bans and possible reporting to authorities.
No Reselling Donor Perks
Donor perks or items purchased may not be sold or traded outside official server systems.
This helps prevent unfair advantages and maintains a balanced economy.
Punishment & Punishment Evasion Policy
Enforcing rules consistently and preventing attempts to avoid consequences are essential for maintaining fairness and order on the server. Punishments serve both as deterrents and corrective measures to ensure all players enjoy a balanced and respectful environment. This section outlines how punishments are handled and why evading them undermines the entire community.
Ban, Mute, and Suspension Evasion
Using alternate accounts, VPNs, proxies, or any other methods to bypass bans, mutes, or suspensions is strictly prohibited. Attempts to evade punishment not only show disrespect for the staff’s authority but also harm the fairness of gameplay for all participants. Ban evasion is taken very seriously and often results in harsher penalties, including permanent bans on all related accounts. Players must accept the consequences of their actions rather than trying to avoid them through technical means.
Abuse of Teleportation, Warps, and Homes
Players must not exploit teleportation commands, warps, or home locations to invade other players’ spaces, cause harassment, or gain unfair advantages. This includes setting homes or warps inside other players’ claimed land without permission or using teleportation to trap or ambush others unfairly. Respecting boundaries and other players’ claims helps maintain peaceful interactions and prevents conflict.
AFK and Automation Abuse
Using macros, auto-clickers, AFK pools, or other automated tools to gain resources, experience, or job progress is considered cheating. Such automation disrupts the economy and progression systems by providing unfair advantages to users who do not play actively.
Players should engage with the server legitimately, and those found abusing automation tools risk punishment.
Exploiting Punishment or Bug Loopholes
Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or loopholes in the punishment system to reduce or avoid penalties is prohibited. This includes actions such as disconnecting to avoid a mute timer or using game exploits to erase chat logs or delete evidence. Abusing these loopholes damages staff efforts to enforce rules fairly and will escalate the severity of punishments.
Concealment and Evasion of Staff Monitoring
Efforts to disguise or hide rule-breaking behavior from staff—such as using external mods to cloak chat or gameplay, deleting chat messages, or deliberately confusing staff—are violations of the server’s trust. Players are expected to play transparently and cooperate with moderation efforts. Failure to do so will result in stricter consequences.
Accepting Punishments & Fair Process
When punished, players should accept the decision respectfully and follow the server’s appeal process if they believe the punishment was unjust. Ignoring or refusing to comply with punishments undermines the server’s authority and community respect.
Appeal Policy
We understand that mistakes can happen, and sometimes players may feel a punishment was unjust or too harsh. The appeal process exists to give players a fair opportunity to present their case and request reconsideration. However, appeals must be submitted respectfully and through proper channels to ensure an organized and effective system. Following the appeal policy helps maintain trust and fairness between players and staff while preventing abuse of the appeals system.
Proper Appeal Channels
Appeals must be submitted using the official appeal forms or platforms designated by the server. This allows staff to properly track and evaluate each case. Appeals submitted through public chats, social media, or private messages may not be considered to maintain professionalism and avoid confusion.
Players should present their appeal clearly, honestly, and respectfully, explaining why they believe the punishment was incorrect or why leniency is warranted. Disrespectful or inflammatory language will only harm the chance of a successful appeal.
Have a Legitimate Case
Appealing a decision on the server is a serious matter that requires a genuine and well-founded reason along with multiple sides of the story. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen or misunderstandings arise, and we want to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to explain their side. However, appeals that are submitted without a solid basis—such as those trying to circumvent consequences without valid justification—undermine the integrity of the process. A legitimate case is one where the player can honestly demonstrate why their situation deserves a second look, whether due to an error, new information, or circumstances that were not fully considered initially. This approach allows us to carefully and fairly review each appeal, maintaining a balanced community where rules are respected but fairness is always upheld.
Multiple Appeals Restrictions
While players are welcome to appeal punishments, repeatedly submitting the same appeal without providing new evidence or arguments is discouraged and may lead to automatic denial. This helps prevent spamming staff and keeps the appeals process efficient. Players should take time to review their case thoroughly before appealing and avoid flooding staff with excessive requests.
Appeal Timing
Appeals should be made within a reasonable timeframe after receiving a punishment. Delayed appeals may not be considered, especially if significant time has passed or if the player has already served a large portion of the punishment. Submitting appeals promptly allows staff to address concerns while memories and evidence are fresh.
Staff Decisions Are Final
Once an appeal is reviewed and a decision is made, that decision is generally final. Repeated attempts to overturn a final decision through different channels or by bypassing staff authority may result in additional sanctions. Respecting staff rulings, even if disagreeing, helps preserve server order and trust in the moderation system.
Game Abuse Policy
Fair gameplay is essential to maintaining an enjoyable and competitive environment. Exploiting game mechanics, bugs, or systems to gain unfair advantages not only disrupts balance but also damages the experience for other players. This policy outlines the expectations for honest play and encourages reporting bugs instead of abusing them.
Exploiting & Duplication Prohibited
Players must not use glitches, bugs, or unintended mechanics to duplicate items, resources, or currency. Duplication inflates the economy and undermines legitimate progression, creating an unfair playing field for honest players. Any discovered exploits should be reported immediately to staff so they can be fixed. Exploiting bugs intentionally being used without reporting will result in harsh punishments and responsibility falls to the users exploiting the bug.
Limits on Lag Machines and Redstone Contraptions
While creativity is encouraged, intentionally building machines or contraptions designed to cause server lag or performance issues is prohibited. This includes excessive use of redstone devices, entities, or farms that negatively impact other players’ gameplay or server stability.
Servers rely on smooth performance for all players, so maintaining reasonable builds helps protect the overall experience.
Economy Abuse and Scamming
Players must not engage in scams, false advertising, or other deceptive tactics to manipulate the server economy or cheat others out of items or currency. Creating fake shops, using multi-account money funneling, or otherwise artificially inflating wealth breaks server trust. Fair trading and honest economic interactions are key to a thriving community.
Spawner and Automated Farm Restrictions
Excessive or abusive use of mob spawners, automated farms, or resource generators that provide disproportionate advantages are discouraged. While automation is part of Minecraft gameplay, extremely unbalanced farms can ruin progression and enjoyment for others. Staff may intervene if certain farms or spawner setups cause disruption or imbalance.
Bug Reporting Encouraged
If you encounter any bugs, glitches, or potential exploits, please report them through official channels. Responsible reporting helps maintain fairness and allows staff to address issues quickly. Taking advantage of bugs instead of reporting them is a violation of server rules and damages the community. Reporting the bug before it gets used will occasionally get you a free token of gratitude which can come in any shape or size.
Player Abuse Policy
A positive, respectful community environment is vital for everyone’s enjoyment. This policy addresses behaviors that harm or intimidate other players, including harassment, discrimination, griefing, and disruptive communication. Respecting one another helps build a welcoming space where players can focus on fun and collaboration.
Harassment and Discrimination Ban
Harassment of any kind—whether targeted bullying, threats, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other personal characteristics—is strictly forbidden. Such behavior damages the community atmosphere and is taken very seriously. Players found harassing others will face swift consequences, including warnings, mutes, or permanent bans depending on the severity and frequency.
No Inappropriate or Offensive Content
Players must refrain from creating or sharing offensive or inappropriate content within the game, including builds, signs, player skins, books, or chat messages that contain hate speech, nudity, vulgar language, or anything designed to offend others. Inappropriate or catfishing actions towards a user whom is under the age of 18 is illegal and we will take legal action if necessary. The server is intended for a broad audience, and maintaining a family-friendly environment is a priority.
PvP Consent and Fair Play
PvP combat is not allowed unless both parties have explicitly agreed. Engaging in PvP without consent is considered harassment and will not be tolerated. Players should respect boundaries and communicate clearly when organizing fights or duels.
Players who do not want to pvp should consider the /pvp toggle command.
Chat and Communication Rules
Spamming, excessive capitalization, advertising, or disruptive language in chat is prohibited. Maintaining clear and respectful communication supports a friendly environment where all players can participate comfortably. Players who repeatedly violate chat rules may receive mutes or other chat restrictions.
Respect for Property and Player Boundaries
Players must respect others’ builds, claims, and property. Griefing, stealing, or trespassing without permission violates the community trust and disrupts gameplay. With claims enabled, players are responsible for protecting their land, but intentional damage or theft without consent is punishable.
No Targeted Trolling or Exploitation
Intentionally provoking, harassing, or exploiting specific players through in-game mechanics, chat, or other methods is not allowed. Community members should strive to build friendly relationships and avoid behaviors that incite conflict or distress.
Staff Abuse & Interaction Policy
Keep the economy fair and functional for all players. No monopolies or monopolists.
Staff Impersonation
Impersonating staff members in any way—whether through similar usernames, false claims of authority, or deceptive behavior—undermines the trust and order necessary for smooth server management. This can cause confusion among players, interfere with enforcement, and damage the server’s reputation. Staff impersonation is considered a serious offense because it jeopardizes the integrity of the community and the effectiveness of moderation. Anyone found impersonating staff will face immediate and strict punishment, including permanent bans.
Excessive Help Requests or Begging
Note before asking, mods and helpers do not have permission to give you perks, they may give you items out of their own kindness but do not have the ability to give ranks, perks or additional account benefits. Staff members are available to assist players with questions, problems, and disputes, but this support must be requested respectfully and responsibly. Excessively pinging, spamming, or repeatedly messaging staff for attention or favors burdens the moderation team and prevents them from efficiently helping the entire community. Begging for items, perks, ranks, or other benefits is disrespectful and unfair to other players who earn these rewards legitimately. Players should utilize designated help channels properly and avoid pestering staff with unreasonable or frequent demands. A patient and respectful approach ensures that staff can address your concerns effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Staff Disrespect or Baiting
Showing disrespect toward staff—such as mocking their decisions, arguing aggressively, insulting, or provoking them deliberately—harms the community atmosphere and undermines the enforcement of server rules. Players who disagree with staff decisions are encouraged to use formal appeal processes rather than engaging in public confrontations or personal attacks.
Repeated disrespect or attempts to bait staff into reacting can escalate punishments, including mutes or bans, as it disrupts community harmony and wastes valuable staff time.
False Staff Reports
False accusations or baseless complaints against staff waste resources and may result in punishment. Do NOT waste our time, we may have other things to do and do not want to go on an adventure to locate something that isnt even real. Staff have permission to ignore your future help requests if you waste their time. Players are still encouraged to raise legitimate concerns respectfully through official channels. However, knowingly submitting false reports or complaints will be treated as a serious violation and may lead to disciplinary action.
Favoritism & Fairness
All players deserve to be treated fairly and equally by staff members, regardless of rank, donation status, or personal relationships. Attempts to pressure staff for special treatment, items, or in-game advantages outside of the established rules undermine the server’s integrity and community trust. Players who seek to manipulate or influence staff decisions to gain an unfair edge are violating the principles of fair play and may face consequences.
The staff team is committed to impartiality and encourages players to respect the fairness of the system and avoid any actions that compromise it.
